Sri. Deenadayalan K is a dedicated educationist. He received his education – M.Sc., in botany with microbiology as specialisation at premier institution, St. Joseph P G Centre, Bangalore University with M.Ed., and M.Phil., in Education with ample Computer Knowledge and Organisational skills. He has published four research paper with his student-scientist Sri. Kiran Kumar S J in European Journal of Pharmaceutical and Medical Research (EJPMRA), Asian Journal of Science and Technology (AJST) AND World Journal of Pharmaceutical Research (WJPR).

He has been shaping a vision of academic success for all the students and creates the climate hospitable to education more than 2.5 decades. He worked as the subject expert and resource person of Biology at Kendriya Vidhyalaya and also Panel Member in the MOCK interview for UPSC aspirants. He has taught the students not only to achieve the classroom objectives, but also elicited the inner talents and inculcated them with innovation, creativity, empowering them to develop their self-esteem, self-awareness and self-confidence. He also counsels the students and staff in need to build their career and grow with flying colours. He developed study materials for the subject and also various competitive examinations. He has been the inspiration to many students to lead their path of success. The students will be groomed to become articulated and enlightened young citizens, ready to step global society with dignity, honour and integrity under his guidance, multi-faceted experience and personality. He conducts activities providing holistic grooming to explore the true potential of the students to lead the college with vision.
